Our Professional Team with over 75 years of combined experience will assist you in assessing, training and implementing the safety and security policies that will enable you to fully protect your church leaders and congregation members.

Co-Director/Instructor:  Chief Ben Carroll, M.P.A. (Retired)

Thirty-seven years Law Enforcement experience, Director of Emergency Management, Sheriff’s Office.  Fourteen years S.W.A.T.; Rappel Master ; Less Lethal Instructor; Distraction Device Instructor; CS/OC Gas Instructor; NRA Pistol Instructor; Specializing in Tactical Operational Center deployment methods; Incident Command System operations.  State Certified Crime Prevention Practioner who specializes in site and building security.

Co-Director/Instructor:  Sergeant Shawn Marx

Twenty one years Law Enforcement experience, current Team Leader, Sheriff’s Office S.W.A.T.; Fifteen years S.W.A.T.  Former Training Supervisor; Live Fire Shoot House Instructor; Firearms Instructor; Less Lethal Instructor; Active Shooter Response Instructor; Eleven years as Tactical Team Instructor

Church Security Director: Tony Rodriguez

Graduate of Liberty University, former United States Marine, and seven years as a Law Enforcement Officer. Extensive 20 year background in the private sector conducting Project Management and Program/Policy Development. Currently serves as Director of Church Security Team for Creekside Christian Church, and has been a catalyst for affordable, innovative change.

Lead Instructor: Seargent Steve Parker

Sixteen years Law Enforcement experience; fourteen years S.W.A.T.; Tactical Team Leader; eleven years Tactical Instructor;  Active Shooter Response Instructor; Firearms Instructor; PCR Instructor.

Church Assessor/Consultant: Ben Hickey

Twenty one years in the Navy, retired Naval Officer. President and Co-Owner of Cross Timbers Construction Group since 1999, current Head of Security for Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church of Orange Park.

Lead Instructor: Bill Deen

Nineteen years Military service; five years Air Force Security Forces / 14 MSG US Army Special Forces; multiple OIF/OEF deployments; eighteen years Law Enforcement Tactical/Military Instructor
